Under the patronage of H.H Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, Dubai Trade will be celebrating its fourth E-Services Excellence Award Ceremony. This event will take place on the 15th of January 2012 at The Baniyas Ballroom in Grand Hayatt Dubai. This year the award will be focusing on the theme of  growth in e-service adoption on the Dubai Trade Portal. ESEA is the first award in the region that is given based on actual adoption rates.

Award Criteria & Categories:

This year, the winners will be chosen on the criteria that reflects the growth percentage in e-services adoption and the volume of business transactions conducted through Dubai Trade Portal over 2010. Therefore Dubai Trade will be acknowledging eight of the highest adopters of various e-services by each of the following communities that have made significant contributions to the use and development of our online services:

• Clearing Agent of the year.
• Importer of the year.
• Exporter of the year.
• Haulier of the year.
• Free Zone Company of the year.
• Shipping Agent of the year- Containers.
• Shipping Agent of the year- General Cargo
• Freight Forwarder of the year

In addition to an appreciation award for the following category :

• Cargo Gate pass adopter of the year
